Have you ever wanted to alphabetize your Favorites in Internet
Explorer? Open Favorites in the top Menu Bar and highlight a single

HOW MUCH SHOULD I CHARGE? Writer Lynn Wasnak contends that the real difference between the haves and the have-nots among freelancers is sheer, unglamorous business savvy. Her lengthy, well-organized article at writersmarket.com is essential reading for writers and editors. Some of the categories include Rate Guidelines; Advertising; Copywriting & PR; Audiovisuals & Electronic Communications; Book Publishing; Computer, Scientific & Technical; Educational & Literary Services; Magazines & Trade Journals; and Newspapers.

DID YOU KNOW
What to say? Dos and don'ts, or do's and dont's? Merriam-Webster's says:
Inflected Form(s): plural dos or do's /'düz/
(Note: By permission. From Merriam-Webster's Collegiate(R)
Dictionary at www.m-w.com by Merriam-Webster, Incorporated.)
The Oxford Concise English Dictionary agrees.
The Chicago Manual of Style, 14th Edition, ISBN 0-226-10389-7
says that so far as it can be done without confusion, singles or multiple letters, hyphenated coinages, and numbers used as nouns form the plural by adding "s" alone. It shows that it's necessary in some cases (Mind your p's and q's; dot your i's and cross your t's).
However, the Gregg Reference Manual, Ninth Edition, Sabin, ISBN0-02-804046-5 says that when words taken from other parts of speech, they are usually pluralized by the addition of "s" or "es." It uses "dos and don'ts."
I like what CMS suggests: "...so far as it can be done without confusion," and I choose "do's."
